What You Can Expect
I find myself to be very relatable to people. I want to be trusted, but I also want them to be excited when I stop in (niche dependent). I am confident in my abilities to read the room, mirror communication styles, and identify what someone's motivation is.
Conversational
Respectful of clients work flows, their time, and also my own time. I do understand I represent the organization and do not cut corners. No laziness in CRMs, no burnt bridges, no skipping steps.
Professionalism
I am ultimately driven by what my impact does to the company as a whole, not just personal desires such as financial freedom. I strive to be apart of something bigger than myself and will be patient in finding that fit. I would like to be a longterm fit for an organization as well.
Company Growth
I am 28 years old and have a lot of learning still ahead of me which excites me. I am constantly learning from others and never try to get stuck in my own ways. I will also never answer a question I do not know the answer to. A manager who is transparent with me, is one I strive to be with.

Outside of My Career
Family will always be my #1. Outside of that, my current hobbies include sailing, biking/swimming/running, basketball, attending sport events, exploring the outdoors solo or with friends, and continuing to be open to new activities!
Why Wisconsin
Wisconsin is ultimately my home. My significant other (Grace) of 5 years and I have been doing long distance since I moved to the PNW in 6/2025. With her finishing her residency program this November, we are in search to get back under the same roof and start the next chapter of our lives! My family resides in Green Bay, and her's is in the Chicago, so Green Bay, Milwaukee, or Chicago is where we would like to reside (Grace is currently in Milwaukee). Ideally I find Diversatek (current employer) as my one and only organization as I am truly believe in all that we do, but internal transfer is not an option at this moment in time. I am eager to find that same passion I have with Diversatek elsewhere while I look to move back home. Thank you for your consideration and I would be grateful for an opportunity to talk.
